We, the consumers, are being exploited by local major retailers.

If you go into the large chains, you find imported merchandise which they land here at far lower prices than locally produced goods.

About 150000 jobs have been lost in the textile and clothing industry.

The chain stores are importing, but not passing on lower prices to us.

Just look at the sources of merchandise in these stores.

I understand that Walmart passes on this reduction, so they are welcome here.
