It’s high time that the justice system in South Africa do something that would send a very clear message about these ill mannered, ill disciplined, irresponsible drunken masters that do not have the respect for other human beings.

Five people where robbed off their lives. From what i have read on the article, this guy wanted to run away to a nearby complex after the accident. He did not have the heart to save the innocent people. The article says he was so drunk in that he did not even know what he had done.

The same way that this whole issue will be dealt with, so must be the Jub-Jub and Themba Tshabalala’s case. People are always getting away with murder. A very harsh sentence need to be given to these bastards.

I still do not understand why Jub Jub’s case is dragging this long, i pray that he is not let off the hook, same with this 44 year old stupid man.

I even wish if his insurance picks this thing up and they don’t pay off his car. This is ridiculous. Unless Justice takes it’s course, and convey a very clear and audible message to other people who are still doing the same thing as these idiots, this thing will carry on and people will kill people and get away with that. Something needs to be done. Enough is enough. We can’t have people like these in our communities.

Some cases do not even take long before the perpetrators go to jail, however with Jub Jub and his friend, things are taking longer than expected, and i am so wishing that he be sent to jail for too long.

Just some few weeks ago, the driver who dragged a woman with his taxi running away from the husband who was assaulting him was remanded in prison, denied bail, thee same should happen with this guy, he is irresponsible.
