I find the attitude of the DA regarding the release of the "Waterkloof" two heinous and scandalous.

The approach to the Court for their release was accompanied by a 14 page plea by Advocate Jaap Cillie explaining why everything was in accordance with the law.

Mr James Selfe of the DA however maintains that this is not the case and he therefore implies that he knows the law better than adv. Cillie.

I cannot understand what interest Mr James Selfe nor can I see of the interests of society being damaged if the two would be released.

Ignoring two court orders by the department should in fact be condemned by the DA.

The department has placed itself above the law and this is disturbing in a democratic state which South Africa claims to be.

The officials responsible for ignoring two court orders should be arrested and imprisoned without any delay.

South Africa is moving fast towards a police state where police and officialdom are continuously involved in illegal and criminal practices.
