Economic sabotage, which runs counter to ideals of free enterprise, was given a shocking reality check when City Power workers sent consumers into panic mode.

This new "bargaining" weapon, despite the utility's huge overtime bill at a time of high power costs and cut-offs, is further proof of an economy skidding. This method to "negotiate" wage increases spells gloom for a country that will see greater divides between have-nots and have-lots.
