One understands  the frustration Numsa is getting from Cosatu regarding Comrade Vavi and also from the ANC’s National Development Plan but I do not think that  breaking away from the alliance is warranted based on the following factors:

1. There is a pending Numsa case over Vavi in the High Court.

2. The issues they have with the NDP should be debated within the parameters of the alliance because I don't believe that the NDP should be scrapped as a whole.

3. The ANC is not about the current leadership but the legacy that Tambo, Luthuli, Mandela and others left us to pursue to make a better life for all and we will be able to do that if we remain in the ANC and try to solve problems through robust debate, which for many years has been the backbone of this movement.

I just hope the comrades in Numsa can be able to put emotions aside and focus on building this country through correct measures.
