This Lawyer in Training would suggest that perhaps Nel, like most of the other Real Lawyers and Lawyers in Training out there, has been counting down the hours until that post-four-day-week drink.
Having to consult with witnesses before a long weekend is a pretty good excuse as well. I’ll keep that one for future use on my boss.
Barry Roux won’t be able to spend much time sifting through the parodies about him and signing autographs until Monday, though, because of the tactical bind that Nel has put him in.
There are still almost 90 state witnesses on Nel’s list for Roux to prepare for.
It’s not easy to plan a sarcastic step-by-step attack on 89 different witnesses – especially when Nel says "he’ll only call about five witnesses or so”.
This is the kind of test that a Lawyer in Training would definitely not be able to spot for.
Learning about 89 and only tested on five? Time for a sick-note.
As far as Oscar is concerned though, plenty time for him to spend on YouJizz.
