Two more members of a criminal syndicate were arrested in connection with a recent robbery at the Morula Sun Casino in North West, the Hawks said on Tuesday.
The men were arrested in Tembisa and Kaalfontein, in Gauteng, on Monday night, Hawks spokesman McIntosh Polela said.
One of them was found with almost R6000 in cash.
A gang, armed with AK-47 rifles, fired several shots inside the casino when they robbed the establishment just over a week ago. They shot at security guards, stole a firearm and fled with several million rand.
The first two men were arrested last Tuesday and another two on Sunday. A cashier, among those arrested, was found with R38 000 cash, said Polela.
