Millionaire British businessman Shrien Dewani will be extradited to South Africa to stand trial for murder after his extradition order has been signed.
Dewani, who is accused of arranging for his new bride, Anni, to be murdered in what was made to look like a hijacking gone wrong in Guguletu last November, lost his court bid to prevent extradition to South Africa on August 10.
British Home Secretary Theresa May has now signed Dewani's extradition order.
Dewani may lodge an appeal within 14 days.
Anni's uncle, Ashok Hindocha, said the family was satisfied with the decision, saying it showed "that finally the system is working".
