Groper may be jailed

A SOUTH African woman executive who grabbed a male air steward's crotch and demanded sex on a flight to London faces a maximum 10-year prison sentence tomorrow when she appears for sentencing in a British court.

Earlier, a lower court heard that Katherine Goldberg, 25 - now a London resident - made "strong sexual advances" to a male flight attendant on a Virgin Atlantic jet and "groped the groin and testicular area".

Goldberg last month admitted to sexual assault and being drunk.

Her lawyer, Ed Smyth, said sentencing had been adjourned until tomorrow in order to employ a barrister to represent her.
