Two-year-old dies after being hit by car in Toti

A two-year-old boy was killed by a car when he ran across the M37 road in Amanzimtoti‚ KwaZulu-Natal on Tuesday morning. Netcare 911 said the boy was standing next to the roadway with his grandmother when he suddenly ran across the roadway and into the path of an approaching vehicle.Paramedics arrived at the scene and found the boy lying next to the roadway with life-threatening injuries.Netcare 911 said its paramedics worked fervently for almost an hour to try to resuscitate the child‚ but‚ despite all their efforts‚ the child was declared dead at the scene. – TMG Digital ..
