The body of a man who had been tied up and stripped before being stabbed‚ beaten and whipped was found by emergency services in KwaZulu-Natal on Thursday‚ in a case of suspected street justice.Reaction Unit South Africa said they found the man's semi-naked body on the roadside near the Canelands Library in Verulam‚ just after 8am."His hands and legs were bound with rope. His injuries included a stab wound to his face‚ bruising as well as whip marks to his entire body‚" Reaction Unit SA said."It is alleged that the deceased was killed by a kangaroo court‚ however‚ this could not be confirmed."A case of murder is being investigated by police...
