Four men in court for hacking man to death

Four men appeared in court on Monday for hacking a man to death in the Northern Cape. According to a police statement Jandre Meyer‚ 20‚ Johan Bedefort‚ 22‚ Phakise Mothle‚ 22‚ and Hendrick Epenaar‚ 31‚ got into a fight with Richardo Spandiel at the weekend."It is alleged that an argument and a fight broke out and the four hacked 28-year-old..Spandiel to death‚'' said Captain Olebogeng Tawana.They appeared in the Groblershoop Magistrate’s Court. "The suspects were arrested shortly after the gruesome atrocity and were charged with murder. The suspects were remanded in police custody after their brief appearance…They will appear again before court on 24 August 2016 for a formal bail application.''..
