Lots of students already do not pay for university

Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande says 90% of students at the University of Fort Hare don't pay at all‚ or don't pay a large part of fees. At the University of Johannesburg‚ this applied to 75% of students.He was speaking in the National Assembly. A group of people wearing Free Education t-shirts stood up the minister started making his statement on fees.Nzimande encouraged FeesMustFall protesters to return to class and said the scenes of violence‚ intimidation and destruction of property in protests undermined students' real concerns.He commented that if 2016 teaching students don't graduate‚ about 20‚000 classrooms will be without teachers...
