Bakkie rolls‚ killing one‚ injuring nine

One person was killed and nine people were injured when a bakkie rolled on the P278 outside Dalton direction Greytown in KwaZulu-Natal in the early hours of Saturday.

“ER24 paramedics and other services attended to the incident and found the bakkie in the field‚

“Patients were ejected from the bakkie. Upon assessment it was found that one man had sadly died. One patient sustained serious injuries and the rest sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate‚” said ER24 spokesperson Chitra Bodasing Harduth.

The injured were treated and transported to hospital‚ she said.
