16-year-old Max Verstappen will become the youngest driver in Formula One history next season after being unveiled as Toro Rosso’s new signing. The team recently defended their decision, against concerns over the tender-aged racer. But this recent crash video at a Red Bull demonstration will do little to allay critics’ fears.
