Mweb has announced that it will be partnering with Gameservers.com to be the South African host for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.
The data centres will be hosted at Mweb's offices in Cape Town.
“The sustained partnership between Mweb and Gameservers.com has continued to allow for a superior network experience for online multiplayer gaming in South Africa and the partnership has seen the online gaming sphere grow from strength to strength. Online gaming has been a key focus for the ISP, which has been optimising its network to accommodate top gaming titles hosted in South Africa,” says Nathier Kasu, GM: Mweb Digital.
“The Mweb GameZone team is excited to provide the South African gaming community with the opportunity of playing on local servers. We know how important it is to gamers to have a good latency for titles like this and as always, we are pleased to champion their cause,” says Desmond Kurz, Mweb Online Gaming Manager.
