Miley and Liam 'split for now'

Miley Cyrus and her fiancé Liam Hemsworth have reportedly decided to take a break, putting their planned wedding on hold.

"They've split for now. Miley and Liam have a very tumultuous relationship and both are exhausted," a source told RadarOnline.com.

''It's a complicated relationship. The wedding is on hold, for now. It's not cancelled but it doesn't look promising."

Cyrus, described by Britain's Daily Mirror as a ''twerker extraordinaire" following her raunchy VMA show, has gone to great lengths to prove that her relationship with the hunky Aussie is still on track.

The first hint that all was not well came when she "unfollowed" Liam on Twitter.

According to the Daily Mirror, the reported separation was a sequel to Hemsworth, 23, being forced to deny reports that he had "sexted" crude messages to Hollywood actress January Jones.

Cyrus, 20, and Hemsworth have reportedly broken up several times in the past year.

The former Hanna Montana star's latest video, Wrecking Ball, shows her naked using a wrecking ball as a stripper's pole.

Her performance with Robin Thicke at the MTV Video Music Awards on August 25 made world headlines.

The awards duet featured Cyrus twerking and gyrating up against the R&B singer's groin and using a foam finger in a sexually suggestive way. - Staff reporter
