Four men appeared in the Randburg Magistrate's Court yesterday on charges of fraud relating to the use of Dustan Blom's bank cards.

Louis Coetzee, 29, Heinrich Coetzee, 32, Ian Manyika, 22, and Alexander de Kooker, 22, were all charged with fraud after more than R100000 was withdrawn from Blom's accounts. They have not been implicated in the murder of Blom.

Blom's decomposing body was found in the boot of his car in the parking garage of Montecasino in September.

Soon afterwards, former Lollipop Lounge stripper Maruschka Robinson, 24, and her boyfriend, Jean-Pierre Malan, 32, were arrested and charged with his murder. The couple were also charged with theft, and Malan has been charged on additional counts of robbery and fraud.

National Prosecuting Authority spokesman Phindi Louw said the four were implicated as a result of police tracking Blom's transaction records at ATM s around Johannesburg and viewing the closed-circuit television cameras' footage at the machines .
