Many months have elapsed since Kanye West and Kim Kardashian tied the knot but footage of their over-the-top nuptials aired only this week, on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
It was the season-nine finale, which means South African viewers will still have to wait a while for the episode to make it onto our screens.
According to the Huffington Post, Kanye used the finale as an opportunity to drop a new song, an ode to his reality TV star wife.
The song, Awesome, comes in the final moments of the episode, as Kim gets ready for the wedding in Florence, Italy.
Kanye raps : "I gotta move / I gotta dance / I gotta live / I gotta love / I gotta hope / I gotta chance. Don't let anybody bring you down / You're so awesome / You're so out the park / You're so after dark / You're so sleepless nights / Ooh, this feels so right."
According to the UK's Daily Mail, Kim said she and Kanye chose Florence for their wedding because "Kanye and I fell in love in Paris, and then for my birthday he took me to Florence, and that is where we conceived our gorgeous little baby girl, so why not bring everyone on our full love journey from Paris to Italy."
Yesterday the pair attended the GQ Awards in London, at which Kim won the Woman of the Year award, according to the Mail Online.
She said in her acceptance speech: "I want to thank GQ for making me Woman of the Year, and my husband for making me feel like Woman of the Year every day."
