Hawks' eyes needed for postal theft

The letter from Ceejay ("Postal strike a drag on us all", September 10) refers.

The postal strike ended months ago.

What Ceejay is experiencing is extensive, well-organised theft of mail, most particularly from and to addresses abroad.

I, and several acquaintances, have had this problem for almost a year, and despite my complaining, nothing has been done - so far, at any rate.

However, after complaining directly to the local depot controller, I received a letter the very next day.

This matter warrants an investigation by the Hawks as big crime seems to be involved.
