Joan Rivers had a list of people whom she wanted to die in a plane crash. The veteran comedian passed away last summer.Rivers kept a "fake flight manifest" she called Death Flight 5000, which included several people she hoped would be killed in a fantasy air traffic accident, said her daughter Melissa Rivers.The 47-year-old actress made the claim in a memoir she has written for her late mother titled The Book of Joan: Tales of Mirth, Mischief and Manipulation.The actress also claims the star underwent 348 cosmetic procedures and "loved to lie", with dishonesty being her key trait, Bang Showbiz reported...
