Minibus taxi lands atop a VW Tiguan at Ford Fury

Ford Fury, Hyde Park is probably quite furious with the driver of a minibus taxi who ramped into a VW Tiguan on their premises last night.

According to the manager Cuan Gouws, who spoke to the Rosebank, Killarney Gazette the accident occurred around 11pm.

The branch’s night guard sounded the alarm, as security companies responded they found that the driver of the minibus taxi had ran off leaving the keys in the ignition but he did stop to take the back number plate.

The damage to the VW Tiguan is thought to be in the region of R240 000.
