Nobody is safe. Comedian Tol A$$ Mo and his band of outlaws are prowling the country and everyone is a potential target of their pranks. The MTV series #YouGotGot will premiere later this month and features Tol A$$ Mo, whose real name is Mongezi Ngcobondwane, Lihle Msimang, Graham Haynes, Oscar von Memerty, Tracey-Lee Oliver and Simmi Areff.While the pranking recipe is old, the series offers new ingredients in the form of a young cast and a fresher look."Don't ever associate Tol A$$ Mo and MTV with Leon Schuster. We are new, fresh, professional and young, we are comedians and every prank is original," says Mo.Haynes says YouGotGot takes a more millennial approach: fast-paced and focused, making sure people don't feel attacked.MTV channel director Dillon Khan says though the show does not replicate Schuster's pranks, it is inevitable it will resemble his work because "Schuster has had such an influence on the culture".But Msimang says: "We're adding a new funny to funny. We're doing pranks young people will feel are relevant to them. We are trying to stay away from stereotypes like black people hating snakes. Stereotypical pranks are done, the youth have outgrown stereotypes."..
