Garam masala lamb chops and onions Ingredients12 lamb chops15ml (1 tbsp) garlic-and-ginger paste30ml (2 tbsp) garam masala125ml ( cup) plain yoghurt45ml (3 tbsp) sweet chilli sauce8 baby onions, peeled8 baby potatoesSalt and coarse black pepperMethodTrim excess fat off chops and place them in a large frying pan.Add all the remaining ingredients, stir to combine and cook over medium heat until the chops and potatoes are cooked and tender.Remove the chops and set aside.Increase heat and cook until sauce has thickened.Serve sauce with chops and paratha.Serves 4-6..
