Twin toddlers killed in N3 bus blaze

Paramedics have confirmed that twin toddlers have been killed in a bus blaze on the N3 near Warden on Friday. 

The girls were 3-year-olds, said Netcare911 spokesperson Chris Botha. 

Firefighters had been searching for the girls in the remains of the burnt bus. 

Two people were found to have sustained critical injuries while four were in a serious condition. 

Botha told News24 earlier that the cause behind the crash and the bus catching fire was not yet known.
