NPA still investigating Van Breda axe murder case, studying docket

The National Prosecuting Authority in the Western Cape has confirmed that it is once again scrutinising the Van Breda murder docket. Spokesman Eric Ntabazalila last week said that in the last year the docket has been ''moving between our office and the SAPS''.Van Breda family member hands himself overWATCH: A 21-year-old suspect in the Van Breda murder hands himself in at the Stellenbosch Police Station. The NPA will study the docket again with a view to taking a decision.''Martin‚ his wife Teresa and son Rudi were killed on January 27 last year at their home on the De Zalze Golf Estate in Stellenbosch. It is believed that their attacker used an axe. Their daughter Marli miraculously survived and their son Henri escape with minor wounds.No arrests have been made. Police would not comment on the investigation but said its investigators have given the matter "due attention''...
