Health Bars Ingredients250g butter60ml ( cup) syrup5ml (1 tsp) bicarbonate of soda225g (2 cups) oats200g (1 cup) sugar80g (1 cup) desiccated coconut120g (1 cup) cake flourPinch of salt125ml ( cup) pumpkin seeds60ml ( cup) sunflower seeds45ml (3 tbsp) chopped almonds60ml ( cup) dried cranberriesMethodPreheat the oven to 180C. Grease and line a rectangular (125cm x 25cm) baking tray.Place butter and syrup in a saucepan over low heat and stir until melted. Remove from the heat and add the bicarbonate of soda.Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and add the butter mixture.Mix well, press into the baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
