Just imagine Pravin Gordhan as president of South Africa. Someone who has a proven track record of excellence as head of SARS and as minister of finance. Could it be possible that all our government departments would run as efficiently as SARS and the ministry of finance under his presidency? The answer is probably yes, but is this likely? Probably not. Why? Because the ANC would never elect a non-black person to this position. ..
