Mexican hot chocolate with marshmallow eggs Ingredients750ml (3 cups) milk250ml (1 cup) fresh cream2 cinnamon sticks1 star anise5ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract170g dark chocolate100g ( cup) sticky brown sugarPinch of cayenne pepper4 marshmallow eggs, choppedMethodCombine milk, cream, cinnamon sticks, star anise and vanilla extract in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until it just begins to boil.Immediately remove from heat and add the chocolate and sugar, stirring until melted.Stir in cayenne pepper, then pour into mugs and serve with chopped marshmallow eggs scattered on top.Serves 4...
