Buffalo City Mandela memorial fraud case postponed again

The ongoing Mandela memorial fraud case has been postponed to May 23. That has been written in as the provisional day on which a trial date will be set.All the accused – namely‚ former Buffalo City mayor Zukiswa Ncitha‚ former deputy mayor Themba Tinta‚ former African National Congress Buffalo City regional secretary Phumlani Mkolo‚ together with Ondela Mahlangu‚ Luleka Simon-Ndzele‚ Sindiswa Gomba‚ Viwe Vazi‚ Dean Fanoe‚ Zintle Nkuhlu and Nosiphiwo Mati - appeared on Monday morning before East London Regional Court magistrate Sadia Jacobs.The fraud relates to money that was meant for memorial services and the funeral of the late former president Nelson Mandela‚ who died on December 5‚ 2013. – TMG Digital/Daily Dispatch..
