KZN high school pupil provides first aid to injured until paramedics arrive

A Curro High School pupil who arrived first on scene after a collision between a car and a bakkie in Hillcrest‚ KwaZulu-Natal‚ provided basic first aid treatment to some of the injured.Five people‚ including a mother and her two children‚ were injured in the crash at the corner of Accuts and Inanda Roads.“A high school learner from Curro High School was first on scene. Fortunately‚ she was a first aider and was able to provide basic treatment to some of the patients on the scene‚” said emergency service ER24.ER24 paramedics arrived to continue treating the patients‚ who had minor to moderate injuries.ER24 treated and transported all of the patients to nearby hospitals‚ including Hillcrest Private Hospital‚ for further treatment...
