‘We didn’t unfollow you’ – City of Joburg’s Twitter in suspected hack attack

The City of Johannesburg apparently fell victim to social media hackers on Thursday. The metro's Twitter account‚ which boasts over 300,000 followers and is known for its often humorous responses‚ had users worried that it had been compromised.@CityofJoburgZA did you guys get hacked or what...see you've unfollowed all of us— Nobesuthu Cele (@ma_Ndosi) August 18, 2016async Some users were concerned that the page seem to have unfollowed them.Nobesuthu Cele said: "did you guys get hacked or what...see you've unfollowed all of us."The City of Johannesburg's Nthatisi Modingoane said the city was working on fixing the error.“Our technical team is working on this.
