An internet bully from Cape Town has caused another stir on social media - this time she filmed two young friends having sex next to her.
The teen made headlines last year after she threatened to "escort a fellow classmate to her grave".
In the new video she is seen lying next to a male and female engaging in sexual conduct. The 49-second clip has gone viral on social media.
The girl declined to comment as last year's matter is still being investigated.
"We have made contact with the necessary stakeholders," said spokesman for Western Cape MEC of social development Sihle Ngobese. "We need to confirm whether it indeed is her again.
"Our main issue is the welfare of the minors involved. Social workers have been called to make an assessment and recommendations."
The department confirmed that the teen had been consulting a social worker since last year's video, adding she would most likely receive more consultations if it was her again.
Ngobese said that the department will lay a criminal charge, most likely today, to investigate the circumstances surrounding the video.
It would also seek to ascertain whether the minors voluntarily committed the act or were coerced by an adult.
