Four family members killed in two separate shooting incidents

Four people from the same family have been shot dead in two separate incidents in Delft and Gugulethu in Cape Town‚ Western Cape police said.

Police said that at around 2am on Saturday morning‚ a group of suspects shot dead a 60-year-old female‚ her 20-year-old son and a 29-year-old male relative.

“The incident occurred at their residence in Gash Street‚ Delft‚ after the suspects said that they are looking for the female’s one son‚ who was not at home. The same suspects then allegedly proceeded to a residence in KTC Gugulethu where they shot and killed the person they were looking for‚ the 37-year-old male.

“The suspects fled the scene and are yet to be arrested. They left behind a vehicle which was hijacked in the Delft area during last month‚” police said.
