Brazilian police use tear gas to disperse small World Cup protest

Brazilian police used tear gas to disperse a small crowd of anti-World Cup protesters in eastern Sao Paulo on Thursday, local television channel Globo News showed.

At least one demonstrator was arrested about six hours before Brazil plays Croatia in the first match of the month-long World Cup soccer tournament, according to Globo News.
