When North Dakota state Representative Randy Boehning (an epic porn name if ever we heard one) voted against gay rights, Dustin Smith is an 'out and proud gay man' was sure he had seen him somewhere before.
“Suddenly it dawned on me: I think I’ve seen this guy on Grindr!” Smith told the Washington Post.
The Republican state legislator had done more than send suggestive posts as Top Man!, he has also sent at least one unsolicited picture of his penis.
“I just felt like this story had to get out,” Smith said. “A [representative] had voted against a bill for the LGBT community and here he was talking to me on Grindr.”
Boehning has a history as a staunch conservative, pushing laws to allow guns in classrooms and churches, attacking the Democratic party for wanting kids to get more milk in school, and voting against laws extending protections for gay people twice.
