84-year-old Charles Weatherford of Indiana has been arrested for 'battery by communicable bodily fluid/waste' after he poured a bowl of urine onto a 13-year-old boy.

According to the Smoking Gun, Weatherford had accused the teenager of vandalising his walkway - by allegedly smashing landscaping bricks outside his Evansville home.

The octogenerian had phoned 911 over the boy's behaviour, but by the time the cops arrived, all that was left of the boy was a strong scent of urine.

Later the boy's mother phoned the police and told them that Weatherford had poured urine on her son. The police found their noses confirmed this, as he “had a strong smell of urine emanating from his person.”

Weatherford said he had become angry when the boy called him names and challenged him to a fight.

Weatherford kept a bowl of urine for 'self defence'.

“Weatherford then stated that he then threw a liquid onto the juvenile male suspect,” cops noted.
