Teen shoots and injures his grandmother, sister and nephew

A 16-year-old is accused of shooting his grandmother, 12-year-old sister, and 6-year-old nephew after an argument on Thursday morning inside the family’s apartment in the US capital town of State of Tennessee, Nashville.

“The teen’s grandmother, Earline Hill, 67, and mother, Sheryl Williams, 42, reported that he got angry with them after they told him to get out of bed and get ready for school,” according to a statement posted on a nashville.gov

“He made threatening statements before retrieving a handgun from a closet.  He fired multiple shots inside the apartment. 

“The teen’s 2-year-old sister was also present but not injured.  The family was unaware that the 16-year-old had a gun in the home

The teenager is charged in Juvenile Court with four counts of attempted homicide and one count of reckless endangerment.
