Science and Technology Minister Naledi Pandor will be acting president on Monday and Tuesday, the presidency said.

"President Jacob Zuma is in New York attending the United Nations general assembly while Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa is in Lesotho executing his responsibilities as [Southern African Development Community] facilitator," spokesman Mac Maharaj said in a statement.
