Newly elected Democratic Alliance leader Mmusi Maimane told President Jacob Zuma on Sunday that “he will have his day in court”. Maimane made the statement during his maiden address as party leader at the DA’s annual national congress in Nelson Mandela Bay in the Eastern Cape.“President Zuma‚ if you’re watching – we are still coming for you. Make no mistake‚ you’ll have your day in court‚” Maimane said.Addressing the party in isiXhosa‚ Zulu‚ Tswana‚ Sesotho‚ English and Afrikaans Maimane also took a swipe at the Economic Freedom Fighters who have vowed to destroy more statues after a series of statues were vandalised earlier this year.“While they are tearing down statues‚ we’ll be building schools‚” he said.Maimane was announced as the party’s new leader by his predecessor‚ Helen Zille‚ on Sunday afternoon...
