“I didn't know it was national. I obviously didn't pay attention.” This is just one of the confessions SA Youtubers Nwabisa Mda‚ Thembe Mahlaba and Bongeka Masango dished out in their recent Pap Culture Talks video ahead of the municipal elections in August.The vloggers teamed up with youth agency Livity Africa on an election campaign and recalled the first time they headed to the polls.This is what they had to say:OFM.co.za 1. “I didn't know it was national.
