Bafana continue downward spiral in latest FIFA rankings

Bafana Bafana have dropped two places to 75th in the latest world rankings while Belgium climbed to top spot, according the FIFA website.

Shakes Mashaba's charges have also dropped places in the African rankings as they find themselves occupying 18th place.

Meanwhile, Belgium have overtaken Germany in the rankings as they surpass the world champions by two points (1 440 points).

Austria and England have also moved one place each up to 10th and ninth respectively.

Africa's football giants have all dropped places.

Ivory Coast have dropped one place to 22nd, Algeria moves down to 26th place and falls out of the top 20 while Ghana shift down five places to 30th.
