Clijsters, Henin in Fed Cup for Belgium against US

Kim Clijsters and Justine Henin will play for Belgium against the United States in the Fed Cup next month.

The two former top-ranked players led Belgium to the title in 2001 but have rarely played together since.

Yanina Wickmayer, ranked 23rd in the world, and Kirsten Flipkens, ranked 78th, complete the team.

The Feb. 5-6 best-of-five series will be played at the 14,000-capacity Antwerp Sports Palace.

Clijsters, who won the last two US Opens, and Henin are both favored to go far in the Australian Open, which starts Jan. 17.
