London women, hankering after the Playboy Bunny look, are sweating it out in gym classes in the latest fitness craze to sweep the city.

UK fitness chain Gymbox recently introduced Londoners to its Playboy Bunny Bootcamp classes, which it says are "inspired by the confidence, health and zest for life of the Playboy Bunnies" who made the Playboy Clubs famous for more than 50 years.

The gym sent instructor Michelle Peak to Hugh Hefner's Playboy Mansion to interact with his bunnies and get tips for the 45-minute class. The high-intensity workout includes signature moves the "Bunny Perch" and the "Bunny Dip".

They've also devised their own Bunny measurement index, to measure the body-mass index, self-confidence and personality.

Aspirant bunnies who score a BMI of more than 97% may be invited to the Playboy Club.

"I had the opportunity to work with a few Bunnies and after a number of discussions with them I feel Playboy embraces the women of today," said Peak.
