Monty Python's Spamalot is taking the Broadway musical to a new place.

Based on the Python classic Holy Grail, Spamalot's wickedly good sense of humour will have you laughing in spite of yourself.

From the heights of the French towers to the glittering lights of Camelot, the play is well set without being so elaborate as to detract from the production itself. To complement, the cast has been bestowed with wonderful costumes.

Like child-friendly fan fiction, good stage actors are hard to come by, but this mainly South African cast is a bunch of needles in the proverbial haystack.

Jam or ham may not be your cup of tea, but I think you'll like spam a lot.
