Simply delicious simple apple and meringue pudding Ingredients300ml Mom's Appelmoes1 extra-large egg white60g caster sugar60g hazelnuts, ground and toasted (or any other nuts, but not peanuts)MethodButter a small, shallow dish and pour Mom's Appelmoes in the bottom.Whisk the egg white until stiff and beat in the caster sugar a little at a time.Fold half the nuts into the meringue and spoon the mixture on top of the purée.Sprinkle the remaining nuts over the meringue and bake at 190C for 20-30 minutes.Serves 4..
