This was said by a witness brave enough to testify against notorious Cape Town gangster George "Geweld" Thomas.Yesterday the alleged leader of the ruthless 28s prison gang was sentenced to seven life terms and a further 175 years for crimes ranging from murder to racketeering.After Cape Town High Court Judge Chantel Fortuin handed down the sentence, the heavily tattooed Thomas calmly waved to the public gallery before he was led out of the dock.Thomas and 18 other men faced 166 charges. One, Jason Stynder, was acquitted, six were sentenced to life imprisonment and the rest to between 12 and 25 years.Six witnesses were murdered during the trial. Others entered the witness protection programme."I am so glad that part of my life is over," said a woman whose son was murdered by Thomas...
