The question loomed large yesterday after the Daily Mail reported that the 42-year-old supermodel had ''ditched'' 24-year-old Count Nikolai von Bismarck ''at least for the time being'' and was spotted ''motoring around the Cotswolds with an even younger chap by her side''.The young man in question is 20-year-old Jake Curtis, son of film director Richard Curtis and Emma Freud, the tabloid reported on its website.Jake and the supermodel were photographed driving in her MG Midget last weekend.According to the Daily Mail, the picture was posted online and was later shared by Jake's sister Scarlett, but Jake - who is on a gap year after completing his schooling - posted ''no comment.'' ..
