You see them at intersections or curled up in dirty blankets on the side of the road. You've even said to yourself that you should help but have yet to do so.And Johannesburg's icy winter has only worsened the plight of homeless people.Kate Argo decided to start JoziCares after an encounter with a homeless person.Co-founder Jenna Braham said the initiative was based on the belief that every South African had a responsibility to make the country a better place.Braham and her colleagues aim to profile the homeless in an attempt to establish their unique needs instead of simply collecting blankets and food. These profiles are then published on the JoziCares Instagram account.Followers of the account can post profiles of homeless people they personally meet.Said Braham: "This is not something we want to do only for the winter period but for years to come."We ask the public to donate money and their time to helping others."..
