The Lions are the first team to qualify for the Super rugby playoffs. They are a point ahead of the Chiefs overall with two rounds to play after their 37-10 win over the Sharks at Ellis Park on Saturday night.The Lions head the Africa 2 region with 47 points, while the Chiefs top the New Zealand region on 46 after beating the Crusaders 23-13 on Friday. The Stormers have moved closer to a quarterfinal place with their 57-31 win in Melbourne over the Rebels. They also claimed a bonus point through a try by reserve hooker Scarra Ntubeni.The Stormers are top of the Africa 1 region on 41 points.Second are the Bulls on 32 points after they lost 29-11 to the Jaguares in Buenos Aires.The Brumbies, following their victory over the Reds 43-24 on Friday, head the Australia region on 39 points.The Kings made a determined effort against the Highlanders, but lost 48-18 in Port Elizabeth on Saturday night. ..
